PROGRAMMING OVERVIEW

ACHPP is a community health worker training program that offers apprentices the skills and access needed for careers as community health workers (CHWs). The program aims to enhance access, self-empowerment and self-management of chronic diseases in underserved communities. Whether you’re seeking to launch your career in community health work or refine your skills through our immersive incumbent training, we have a program tailored for you!
